We look forward to hosting your next event at Brick N Fire.  We pride ourselves in providing a stress-free event planning experience from the beginning to the end.
All of our rooms showcase a rustic, warm and elegant feel.

Our Head Chef has created a series of event menus with dishes using the finest seasonal produce.  You will truly enjoy each course which has been created to tantalize your taste buds.  We have an extensive wine list available featuring wines from around the world for you to enjoy with your dinner.

Event

Deposit

We do require a non-refundable deposit of $400 on the day that you book your event and it will then be subtracted from your final bill on the day of your event.

Menus

Menus should be finalized 2 weeks prior to your event.  The event menus are curated to make your special occasion easier by providing top quality service and world class food.  Menus can be modified to accommodate specific tastes and dietary restrictions, please inquire with the event coordinator and we will be happy to work with you.

The minimum spend requirements are as follows:

The Chandelier Room
(seats up to 30 guests)

Sunday to Thursday – $2500
Friday to Saturday – $3000

The Brick Room
(seats up to 30 guests)

Sunday to Thursday – $2500
Friday to Saturday – $3000

The Grand Room
(seats up to 55 guests)
Sunday to Thursday – $3000
Friday to Saturday – $3200

The Lounge
(seats up to 18 guests)

Sunday to Saturday – $100 per hour

The Chandelier & Grand Room (seats up to 85 guests)
Sunday to Thursday – $4000
Friday to Saturday – $5000

Policies

Cake / Dessert
Guests are permitted to bring their own cakes and desserts for a charge of $1 per person to all guests attending.

Gratuity
An automatic gratuity of 18% will be added to your final bill.

Final Guest Count
Please note that the number of guests must be confirmed 7 days before your event and will be charged the confirmed amount per head.

Decorations
As part of our gift to you we will be happy to set your tables and dessert table with the decorations provided.  We do not allow confetti, glitter or any tiny particle items.  The host will be charged a $100 clean up fee if violated.  Decorations can be dropped off the night before your event after dinner service at 10pm or 2 hours prior to the time of your arrival on the day of your event.
